Hydrogen supported type explosion/flame proof temperature sensors which conform to the explosion proof standards of each country/area in the world and IECEx including Japan. We have acquired type certifications at each certification agency. With IP66 and NEMA4&4X grades, our products can be used safely in severe environments.
Therefore, the safety tests are exempted by receiving countries, and smooth sales and distribution becomes possible.

● Notes on Using Explosion/Flame Proof Temperature Sensors
- Explosion/flame proof temperature sensors have a restriction on ambient temperature.
Pay attention to the ambient temperature in the place where the terminal box is placed.

- IP66 has been certified by Baseefa.
- Japanese explosion/flame proof temperature sensors must be combined with pressure proof packing type connectors attached at the time of the application.
Make sure to specify the material of the adapter and the outer diameter of the cable to be used when ordering.
Applicable cable outer diameter: G1/2 (φ5 to φ12), G3/4 (φ5 to φ16) - Make sure to use a cable gland which conforms to an explosion proof standard for the products certified in Europe, Korea, Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, India, Brazil, China, and Taiwan.
Even when conversion screws are used, the same certified adapter is required. - As for IECEx, an application procedure such as certification exemption confirmation may be required due to the requirements of an accepting country.
- As for the products certified in the U.S.A./Canada, the ceiling fitting work of NPT screw conduit tubes (457 mm or less long) is required.
- Make sure to firmly tighten the lid of the terminal box so that it is not opened easily after the temperature sensor is installed.
Never open the lid while the plant is running. - Since explosion/flame proof temperature sensors have been certified for the types, it is not approved at all that users disassemble/modify the products.
